School Setup Request for 2023-24 School Year

Please review the following questions carefully with your school planning team. Due to the affect that school setup has on other setups in the system for the school year, there may be a charge incurred for any school setup changes that are requested after the initial setup. This includes changes in daycodes, number of semesters, or changes to what information is copied over from the previous year.

School Setup will only be completed by the eSchoolData Team after acknowledgment and submission of this form. School Setup requests, along with any modifications, must be received by June 30, 2023. No further changes to School Setup will be done after this time. If a building does not submit a School Setup form by this date, then the setup will be copied over from the previous year, including copying over courses (but not sections), the same day pattern, and the same semester pattern as the 2022-23 School Year.

Due to this change in procedure, we are asking that every district complete this form  - even if you are completing school setup without our assistance.
